Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If Kleen Supplements isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. You may request a refund even if the bottle has been opened and partially used. Limit one guaranteed refund per customer or household.

How to request a refund: Email info@kleensupplements.com or contact us through Shopify Messages within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief reason. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address: 20822 Currier Rd, City of Industry, CA 91789. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed.

What is refunded: The full price you paid for the product, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

Timing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Not covered: Requests made more than 30 days after delivery. Gift cards. Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage. Multi-packs are refunded at the discounted price actually paid.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping. No return needed.

Complaints: If you're unhappy with how a refund, return, or order was handled, email info@kleensupplements.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we have a chance to fix it directly.
