If Kleen Supplements isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. You may request a refund even if the bottle has been opened and partially used. Limit one guaranteed refund per customer or household.
How to request a refund
Email info@kleensupplements.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief reason. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address: 20822 Currier Rd, City of Industry, CA 91789. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed.
What is refunded
The full price you paid for the product, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at your expense [OR: we email you a prepaid return label].
Timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.
Not covered
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery. Gift cards. Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage. Multi-packs are refunded at the discounted price actually paid.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping. No return needed.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how a refund, return, or order was handled, email info@kleensupplements.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we have a chance to fix it directly.
