Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are generally fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carrier and delivery
We ship via UPS Ground. Typical transit time is 2 to 6 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
Delivery instructions
All orders ship with instructions for the driver to leave the package at the delivery address without requiring a signature. If you would like to require a signature on delivery, select that option at checkout. An additional fee applies.
Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your expense, or refunded less original shipping.
Damaged packages
Every package is inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. If your package arrives damaged, contact info@kleensupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and contents. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, with no return required.
Lost or stolen packages
If carrier tracking shows your package was delivered and you have not received it, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with UPS.
