Shipping Policy
Where we ship: We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time: Orders are generally fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Carrier and delivery: We ship via UPS Ground. Typical transit time is 2 to 6 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Alaska and Hawaii: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
Delivery instructions: All orders ship with instructions for the driver to leave the package at the delivery address. If you select signature release at checkout, an additional fee applies.
Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your expense, or refunded less original shipping.
Damaged packages: Every package is inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. If your package arrives damaged, contact info@kleensupplements.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and contents. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, with no return required.
Lost or stolen packages: We cannot be responsible for packages where carrier tracking shows "delivered." If tracking shows delivered and you have not received your order, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with UPS.
