Shipping Policy

Our products ship across the United States via UPS Ground. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-3 days of purchase.

Shipping Disclaimer: Every state has the right to create, change, and enforce its own laws and regulations. We recommend doing prior research before purchasing this product (which contains CBD), in any given state. Kleen Supplements is not responsible for any limitations or delays in the buying or selling of products due to said laws and regulations.

AL, HI Shipping Disclaimer: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.

All orders ship with instructions for the driver to leave the package upon delivery. There will be an additional fee if you choose a signature release during checkout.

All packages are inspected for quality before leaving the warehouse. If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery time. Photo documentation must be provided.

We understand packages can get lost in transit, but we will not be responsible for shipments where the tracking information indicates “delivered”.

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. 

Return Policy

The original buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Kleen Supplements has a 100% Money-Back Guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

Kleen Supplements does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item of high value, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking enabled or shipping insurance.  

Non-Returnable Items

Gift Cards: In order to complete your return, Kleen Supplements requires either a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. No further action is necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

After our inspection is done, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the original amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, such as being damaged or missing its original quantity provided as a result of reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days from your initial delivery date

Late or Missing Refunds

If after some time, you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check the following:

  • Make sure you check you bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Refunds On Sales Items

Refunds On Sales Items At this time, only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If the purchased item is to be exchanged for the same item, please send us an email at info@kleensupplements.com

When instructed, please send your item to (1799 W 2nd St. Pomona, CA 91766), United States.

An exchanged product’s (or products’ if the order consisted of multiple items) delivery time may vary based on your location.

Gifts

If the initial buyer marked the item as a gift upon purchase and directly shipped it to you, you will receive a gift credit along with your item. Once the returned item is received (see Returns Policy), a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item either (A) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or (B) the initial buyer purchased the item to gift to you later, we will send a refund to the initial buyer. The initial buyer will be notified about the return.
